At TEF, we are always in need of volunteers. To be perfectly honest, we would not be where we are today without the help of our volunteers. We have several fundraising events each year that we use volunteers to staff. We also need volunteers for administrative duties and research since we have no employees and no administrative costs.

Volunteer Trip Program

The Tanzanian Education Foundation is excited to announce the next Volunteer Program Trip. This is an opportunity for people who believe in our cause to travel to Africa and see this incredible part of the world as well as have a personal experience in helping the children of Meru View Nursery School. The trip starts on June 20, 2010 and last for 15 days. Please click below to see the full itinerary. The cost of the program is $2500.00 dollars not including plane flight, with a $500 non-refundable deposit due on completion of application process. The cost includes breakfast and dinner, lodging, transportation, a 5-day safari, 2-day trip to Zanzibar, and daily planned activities.
